12/26/2022 DepEd Ecotech On December 19, 2022, the Public Schools District To Center, Cebu Supervisor of Samboan Mr. Vicente Tolomia, informed us on 12/28/2022 the DM 373, s. 2022 . This is to attend the Conduct of the COMPLETED Three-day Orientation of the New Merit selection Plan (MSP) & the New Recruitment, Selection, and Appointment (RSA) Guidelines. So I travelled at around 3:00AM to the venue at Hotel Fortuna, Cebu City. Arrived at around 8:00AM. I had my registration and attended the Preliminary Activities at around 9:30AM. Training Facilitators was introduced. First activity is the Pretest of the Management of Learning by HR unit. Next topic was immediately presented by Dr. Victor Ybañez the acting HRMPSB Chairman. The next activities was conducted by the HR unit. On the second day, we have the Input session and simulation by Dr. Ybañez again and in the afternoon is the Comparative Assessment of non-teaching and teaching staff by our AO V Mr. Jeremy Dinampo. On the third day, Activity Evaluation was conducted by the HR unit and the Closing Program. Training facilitators are very competent, and the venue is good for the participants.
