UPSKILLING OF PUBLIC SCHOOLS DISTRICT SUPERVISORS, CENTRAL SCHOOL

PRINCIPALS, AND DISTRICT INCLUSIVE EDUCATION COORDINATORS
ON INCLUSIVE EDUCATION

1. This office informs the field of the conduct of the Face to Face upskiHing of pTiblic
Schools District Supervisors, Central School Principals, and District Inclusive
Education Coordinators on Inclusive Education on December 7 to 9, 2022 at DepEd-
Ecotech Center, Sudlon, Lahug, Cebu City
2. This training aims to capacitate the Public Schools District Supervisors, Central
School Principals, and District Inclusive Education Coordinators on the different teaching
strategies on how to best help Learners with Difficulties who are enrolled in the regular
classes and how to transform the schools in their districts into inclusive schools.
3. Please refer to Attachment A for the list of Trainers and identified participants.

4. All trainers and support staff are required to report to the training venue on
December 6, 2022 at 2:00 PM for the preparation of the training materials. Dinner shall
be served for the Resource Speakers and Support Staff on December 6, 2022. Participants
are expected to be in the venue as early as 7:00 AM on December 7, 2022 (no Day 0). First
meal for participants is breakfast on December 7 while the last meal will be dinner on
December 9, 2022.

5. All participants should be fully vaccinated and shall bring their vaccination card to
the venue to be presented to the division nurse on duty before the start of the training
proper. Trainers and participants are directed to observe strictly the IATF/Healtn standards
and protocols like wearing masks and observing social distancing.

6. Teacher-participants who render services during non-school days shall be entitled to

service credits while resource speakers who are Head Teachers, Principals, and Education
Program Supervisor can avail of the Compensatory Time-Off (CTO) in accordance with the
provisions of DepEd Order No. 19, s. 2011 and DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003.

7. Meals, board, and lodging of trainers and participants shall be charged to Division
GAD Funds, while traveling expenses shall be charged to school M00E/FTA funds,
subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

8. This Memorandum serves as Authority to Travel of the

Participants and trainers.

9. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is desired.
