Intro to Guest Speaker

Today, this task of introducing our guest of honor and speaker is a great privilege. I
know this one is difficult but the thought that she is a woman of virtue and simplicity, I feel
elated to introduce her to everyone today. After all, she is a living inspiration to the young
once – O-N-C-E and the young ones – O-N-E-S…, I mean our parents and our graduates.

If one takes a closer look at the alchemy of the achieving person, two distinct virtues
pop up, besides perseverance and hard work. These are: pioneering spirit and willingness.
Our guest of honor and speaker today is the living idiom of a woman who happened to be
born at the right time and at the right place. Coupled with an impressive background, it was
not therefore surprising that she became a devoted public servant.
When asked about her… Who she is may not be a surprise. After all, she had become
the person she is now because of the virtues and values that was developed and nurtured in
her during her education at the University of Pangasinan where she took BS Nursing. After
passing the Nursing Licensure Examination, she became a trainee at the Lung Center of the
Philippines where she discovered the true job of a NURSE. After realizing that a nursing
profession was exhausting and demanding during her time, she decided to look for another
job where she was hired as an assistant clerk.
With her love and passion in education, she studied Master in Business
Administration at International Academy of Business and Economics in Makati City, dated
1997-1999. She also pursued her post-graduate study in Doctor of Business Administration at
Lyceum Northwestern University m, Dagupan City year 2003-2006.

From an assistant clerk, she is now the Division Chief IV under Field Operations
Divisions at PhilHealth Region 1.

She had lived a very simple life ever since and is known to be undemanding despite
her position and stature in life.You cannot seem to agree, much less reconcile with the
thought of a pedigreed woman spending hours in her office and willing to witness and come
to the aid of those who needed her expertise
As a matter of fact, she is the Branch Operator and a Managing Director of Personal
Collection Direct Selling Incorporated –Mangaldan Branch helping the people of Mangaldan,
and the neighboring municipalities improve their way of living through the Personal
Collection Business Opportunity.

Our guest of honor and speaker was from Mangaldan, Pangasinan and is married to
who else but the very able and successful Nurse, Sir Marlon Quiton. With their marriage,
they were blessed with one princess name Jillian Mae.

And now, my friends, ladies and gentlemen, I feel very proud to present to you our
Guest of Honor and Speaker, the embodiment of a miracle-worker.
