Surveys were conducted via interactive voice response phone calls to landlines and text messages through mobile phones.
The sample consists of the users of landline phone numbers selected by random digit dialing and mobile numbers included
in a consumer contact list. Results are weighted by demographic information with iterative proportional fitting. Note that
some respondents refused to answer some demographic questions.
