MOTION TO RESET

Petitioner, by counsel, to the Honorable Court, most respectfully

states that:
The hearing of the above-captioned case was set on October 4, 2013
at 8:30 AM.
However, the aforesaid hearing schedule on October 4, 2013 has a
conflict with the Global LPO Conference and Exhibition organized by
Global outsourcing Association of Lawyers to be held from October 7
to 8, 2013 at the New York City BAR Association, 42 West 44th
Street New York NY 10036 of which the undersigned is a participant.
Attached herewith is the Delegate Pass issued to the undersigned by
the Global outsourcing Association of Lawyers as Annex “A.”
Henceforth, it is respectfully prayed that the hearing set by the
Honorable Court on the same date be moved to October 24, 2013 at
8:30 AM or at such time and place as may be convenient to the
schedule of the Honorable Court.
Plaintiff prays for such other reliefs as are just and equitable under
the circumstances.
