    We hereby confirm that we have been Received of Rs. 925260.00 (Nine Lacs
    Twenty Five Lacs Two Hunderd Sixty Only) from M/s. Vaishnavi Industries
    owned by Kolnure N. C. time to time for the job-work contract of Shed at
    Wangjewadi. However some of Payments done by party on behalf of us which is
    to be settled against outstanding dues of the said Party.

    As on date there is no any outstanding against the said job work contract.
