My Ancestors

Direction: Make a family tree to trace back up to at least 5 th generation of your ancestors with their
photos if available. Ask your parents, grandparents or your relatives about your ancestors
from your father and mother’s side. Write the full name (maiden name for females) of each
person included in your family tree.
NOTE: You can scan and print the photos and make a layout of your own family tree. You can also cut
some photos and paste it here. If photos are not available, you can draw male and female faces
to represent different generations of your great-grand parents. You can include your 3rd, 4th or 5th
great-grand parents. Draw additional figures for their photos or names.
