A ●Finish products handling (HSD , LDO, MONO GRADE , FURNACE OIL , NAPHTHA ,
JP1&JP8)
E ●Filling checklist
●Operation of centrifugal, reciprocating
reciprocating and positive displacement pumps.
● Implementations of HSE and OHSAS 18001 rules and regulations.
●Water draining
●Oil & water separation according to API standard.
●L.B.O. tank lorry loading. (BSMVI , BSHVI , 400NHVI , 100NHVI , 65N)
●Asphaltt blending of 40/50, 60/70, 70/80 & 80/100 grades.
● Preparation of slop tank recovered by Oil & water separator and other LUBE production
units.
●Unit rundown changeover handling
●Tank handover to maintenance dept. Handling
●LPG & Propane vessels handover to maintenance dept. Handling
●Fixed & Floating roof tank handling
●Attend Fire Drill organize by N.R.L’s Fire & Safety to know, how to use fire equipments
and Control FIRE in Emergency.
●Coordinate with surveyor for Initial/finalization of marketing tank.
●Follow Daily instruction book organized by unit engineer.
