-The Hawthorne effect is the tendency for research participants to alter their
behavior simply because they are being observed. As a result, it is also known as the
observer effect. This tendency tarnishes the credibility of the findings researchers
reach on links between variables.

1. Hiring and recruitment. Recruitment and hiring are two of the most well-known
functions of human resource management.
B. Satisfaction = It shows how happy or bad people feel about their jobs, as well as
organizational efforts to improve them.
C. Satisfied employee= A happy employee frequently completes required tasks and
responsibilities with little supervision. He searches out new assignments and works
hard to reach her/his objectives. Completing basic tasks gives happy and satisfied
employees professional satisfaction and personal fulfillment.
