1. PURPOSE
This document is to explain the step by step of installment anchor and dismantling
checkered plate by PT. Indokomas Buana Perkasa. The explanation is provided to
ensure that work can be done effectively and safely in accordance with rules,
standards, and specification set in this project.
Temporary fence is illustrated in attachment.

3. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
3.1. Preparation
3.1.1. Check the condition of all tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
All electrical tools should have been checked and tagged by HSE officer
before the work starts. In additon PPE to be worn by manpower should
fulfil the specification regulated by the project.
3.1.2. Confirm that all manpower wear the required PPE and it should have
been checked to ensure it can function as intended.
3.1.3. Confirm tha Job Safety Assesment (JSA) and Permit to Work (PTW) have
been approved and signed by supervisor and HSE officer.
3.1.4. Check all of components attached to the fence, such as alarm system,
sensor, etc.
3.2. Install temporary partition outdoor
3.3. Dismantle checkered plate
3.4. Finishing ex-checkered plate
3.5. Cleaning and dismantle temporary partition outdoor
