Personality Type
According to the Keirsey Temperament Sorter (n.d.), I have a temperament of a

Guardian. Guardians are defined as being reliable, helpful, hardworking, trustworthy, and

responsible by those who know them (Keirsey Temperament Sorter, n.d.). Guardians are

excellent at devising plans, routines, norms, and customs that work well for them. Some of the

initiatives that we are interested in are those that include the use of technology in order to

improve the lives of people a little bit simpler. Some of our strengths include a positive energy

that propels us and excitement, as well as a sense of personality that encourages us to feel the

desire to work collaboratively with other people.

This evaluation is crucial because it allows us to have a better understanding of ourselves,

whether via a personality test or through introspection, which is always beneficial. The Keirsey

Temperament Sorter assists us in identifying our own strengths, behavioral styles, and

communication styles—as well as sorting through what motivates us and contributes to our sense

of self-worth. If you have the guardian temperament, you are always focused on building a

strong team. Because we are dependable and responsible, we can include a wide range of

stakeholders, including at a minimum, administrators, classroom teachers, and specialists who

can assist in maintaining a cohesive school vision and strategy that is focused on student

achievement.

Classroom instructors will serve in the roles of facilitator, orchestrator, designer, and

coach, or they will set the stage for learning by presenting the necessary circumstances. Teacher-

leader positions do, however, have a similar goal: to assist their colleagues to enhance their

teaching practices and, as a result, boost the academic accomplishment of their students.

Meanwhile, the teacher continues to teach while delegating responsibilities to the team, co-

planning teaching, and assisting the team teachers in their professional development.
