Leadership Style
To be able to connect effectively with others in society and to choose the greatest

initiatives for oneself, one must first understand one's own unique personality. The results of my

Keirsey personality sorter survey indicate that I am an optimistic person (Kiersey.com. 2016).

This group consists of people who have a clear idea of what they want and who consistently

make an effort to do it with a high level of integrity. A job in which your conduct is expected to

meet certain standards and your output is measured against those standards is known as a

performance job. To make sure everything runs properly, it gives me an opportunity to organize

both my own and others' work. It also allows people to think about one another and the group as

a whole. This gives me a sense of gratitude for all of my efforts, both personal and professional.

In order to be an optimistic leader, you must have a positive outlook on the future and

your power to affect it in your favor. We prefer to search first for good in people, circumstances,

goals, and initiatives and believe that the vast majority of the time, things turn out for the better

in the great majority of situations (Glickman, Gordon, & Ross-Gordon, 2018). Even when things

are difficult, I maintain a positive outlook and believe that everything will work out in the end.

I'm usually positive and do not become depressed for lengthy periods of time. I try to focus on

the positive aspects of the circumstance and remind myself that there is always a silver lining and

in any scenario. The good news is that even if you do not naturally think optimistically, you can

learn to do so. Optimism is a muscle that can be developed and strengthened by investigating

various ways of perceiving and thinking about situations.

Optimists, on the other hand, may take on objectives and obstacles that seem

insurmountable because of our self-assurance and optimistic outlook. When we overestimate our

abilities, we might find ourselves in perilous circumstances in our personal and professional

lives. My management philosophy is to create a work climate that encourages workers to

perform at their highest potential. The results of this self-assessment allow me to see trends in

my workers' behavior and learn how to manage better their work environments (Laureate

Education 2016b). In order for a leader to be successful, they must have emotional intelligence,

which is held by 90% of high-performing employees.
