The Grand Budapest Hotel

The Grand Budapest Hotel is a well-known hotel in Europe, specifically in the fictional
1930s European nation of Zubrowka. The story is about how Zero, a lobby boy, became friends
with a concierge named Gustave. In addition, it addresses the actual circumstances that arise
when operating a hotel with Grand Budapest's fame. The narrative reads like a flashback in
which Zero, the lobby boy, recounts his early relationship with M. Gustave, the concierge. He
describes how he met M. Gustave and started as a lobby boy.

Gustave spent a lot of time with their guests. He continuously checks to see that they can
meet the needs of their guests and provide the best services possible. Customers had high
expectations of them because they were a popular hotel at the time. The name Amazing Budapest
suits the virtual office because of the extraordinarily tasteful and complex inside of the lodging.
The more significant part of the varieties you will see is gold and red. The hotel's exterior
resembles a palace, and the view is breathtaking. However, although it was off-season and the
hotel only had a few guests at those times, they still made sure to meet the needs of their guests.

They describe Zero's duties as a lobby boy at the story's beginning when he is introduced.
They said that a hall kid is undetectable, however, consistently immediately, which implies that
even though he is not a fundamental representative, the lodging likewise needs him. They also
said that a lobby boy knows what a customer needs before needing it. This means that a lobby
boy is always aware of what a customer needs or wants, even if the customer isn't asking for
anything. He anticipates the guests' requirements. As Zero's lobby boy, he ensured that he carried
out his duties and was diligent and enthusiastic about his work. Working in Grand Budapest
became his life after what had happened to his family, and as an immigrant, he always does his
best.

The hotel was well taken care of by Gustave. He has particular requirements for the hotel.
He is a man who is strict but has compassion for his people. He is always focused on keeping the
hotel's good name. Also, even though he was arrested for stealing the painting that was supposed
to be a gift for him, he always made sure his staff knew what to do while he was in jail. He still
watches and looks out for them and the hotel. In a letter he wrote to himself, he said he wanted
his employees to work and do their jobs the same way he watched them do them, and he even
wrote a poem for them.

My take away is that hotel employees must always fulfill their responsibilities,
particularly those related to providing excellent customer service. Since ensuring that guests are
pleased is of utmost importance, employees need to be able to behave professionally and always
be prepared. In addition, if you run your hotel, you must ensure that guests feel at ease and as
though they are still in their own homes.
