No. F 14-17-2007-XLII-1.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 13 of the Madhya Pradesh Niji ‘Wyavsayik Shikshan Sanstha (Pravesh Ka Viniyaman Avam Shulk Ka Nirdharan) Adhiniyam, 2007, (No. 21 of 2007), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendments, in the Constitution, working, terms and conditions of the Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee Regulation, 2008, namely: AMENDMENTS In the said Regulation, — 1. In regulation 4,— (2) in sub-regulation (1), for clause (a), the following clause shall be substituted, namely-— “(@) Chairman shall be entitled for the salary, Dearness Allowances and such other allowances admis- sible to the Vice-Chancellor of the State University and the retired persons shall be entitled for last salary drawn minus pension. Similarly, Appellate Authority shall be entitled for last pay drawn minus pension.” (2) for sub regulation (8), the following sub-regulation shall be substituted, namely:— “(8 Committee shall charge processing/inspection fee for processing the fee fixation application and for the expenses incurred on inspection of the institutions. The surplus on this account shall be credited in a Corpus Fund and interest earned on the same may be utilized for meeting other expenses of the Committee in addition to those expenses included under sub-regulation (7) of regulation 4.” 2.
