Midwest Information As Midwest is only a few days away, I wanted to provide you with some last minute information

as well as an itinerary for the weekend events. Everyone will meet at 8:15AM in the hotel lobby. Once the girls meet me there, they are to stay with the group at ALL TIMES!! Hotel Address: Schaumburg Renaissance Hotel 1551 N. Thoreau Dr. Schaumburg, IL 60173 Harper College Fieldhouse: 1200 W. Algonquin Road Palatine, IL 60067 **This is the same location as last year! Midwest Itinerary: Please see the attached sheet for exact times and locations for each event. The only time the girls will be able to be with you is dinner on Saturday and in between events. We will be giving exact times to meet so please tell your girls to be aware of instructions when given. Prior to leaving the competition each parent must sign their daughter out before she can leave. Hotel Check-in: Check In is at 3:00 P.M. If you are attempting an early check in, the
Renaissance will try and accommodate you, but under our agreement they are only bound to the 3:00 Check In time.

Health & Safety: I will be with the team their entire Midwest stay as well as the Badgerette staff. The Renaissance & Harper College have health services located within minutes of each facility with competent physicians and nurses on call at all times. In case of illness or other situations warranted need, myself, Christina or one of the Badgerette staff will notify parents immediately. Videotaping Policy: You may only videotape our team Miss Bs and duets at the Renaissance Hotel. Once at Harper College, you MAY NOT videotape. Please do not even bring the video camera into the gym. You may take pictures, but do not use your digital camera to record video. Sportsmanship: Please remember that sportsmanship is a major part of the Midwest competition. If the Badgerette staff see any unsportsmanlike conduct they will deduct up to 15 points from the girls overall score. This could completely take them out of the competition. Please remind friends and family of this strict policy. This also includes NOT saving seats! Also Helium balloons are not allowed in the gym.

TICKET COST - Admission will be charged for all performances at Harper College. There is a wrist band available that will allow you into all of the events. Children 5 and under are free.
