Branch 220, Quezon City on March 6, 2019, in the case No. R-QZN-18-14981-CV entitled
Bellitudo vs The Quezon City Government.

This Barangay Business Clearance with Clearance No. xx, Filed this: January 12, 2021. Valid Until:
December 31, 2021 is issued for the purpose of securing the necessary permits and licenses
from the Office of the City Mayor.
