In this diagram you see the essential parts of tachograph solution. Short description represented in Table 1.

3. Configure device in fmset . Specify IP and port of authorization and data collection servers and
enable tachograph read function in XML settings (Picture 5 and Picture 6).
Note. Tachograph read function must be disabled when ignition of the vehicle is off.
4. If you use direct connection method, you must open a port in your router and forward it to a specific
IP (IP address of the computer, where BCE tacho application will be installed).
4.1. If you use retranslation method, you need to set IP and port of our server, along with unique
Server ID, which will be automatically generated by BCE tacho application (Picture 8).

5. Install and open BCE tacho application.
5.1. In the info tab you will see the card reader status, connected devices count and latest files
downloaded from tachograph (Picture 7).

5.2. In the settings tab, you will have to pick connection type (direct or retranslated) and file
download intervals (Picture 8). Unique server ID and some additional settings are represented in this
tab as well.
6. Connect card reader (via USB) to the computer where BCE tacho application is installed:
