Business History:

This is a restaurant business which will be conducted by some entrepreneurs. We will invest and

take shares. We will not allow outsider to invest and we will not sell our shares to outsiders. As it

is a restaurant business so our product will be food items and we are trying to bring something

unique which is not present in Bangladesh at the moment. We will give Bangladeshi peoples the

opportunity to taste vegan items which is not meat but taste similar to meat. In our restaurant we

will provide service as good as possible. There will be option for people to order online or take

parcel. We will deliver to their doors. We will decorate our place so that they can enjoy their

quality time and good food by which the will come again and again. We will take feedback from

our customers and will try to improve us as much as we can. We believe that if you make tasty

food then our customers will attract towards us and will bring new people to taste.

Products & Service:

As it is a restaurant business so we will mainly focus on food item. There will be different types

of vegan items like vegan chicken,vegan meat, vegan steak, vegan sausage, vegan burgers, vegan

smoothies etc. There will be meat items also. As vegan is a unique item so we are giving more

focus on it. In our restaurant we will try to sell as much as vegan possible. It is very healthy for

human bodies. As in our country many people can't eat meat because of the health problem so
that they can eat vegan items which tastes like natural meat. We will buy raw materials from

different shops and try to bring new recipe after once we start the restaurant. In restaurant we

will provide good seating arrangement with gorgeous decorative interior. Where people can

enjoy themselves and click selfies. We will also provide home delivery to our customers. If they

are in a hurray they can took parcel.

We will receive customer feedback if they have any complaints, negative positive reviews. By

providing good service we will try to hold our existing customers and try to make new customers

also.

Legal Status & Ownership:

1. Vegan house

2. Partnership investment. Where everyone will invest total amount of 50lakh depends on our

shares and receive profit, benefit, loss, asset and right based on shares.

3. There will be a form of partnership we will register it and will sign one by one. There in other

form where there is our investment details it will be signed by all.

4. Uttara north - we will license it here as it is our target area of business.

5. There will be six partners who will receive equal shares.
