CURRICULUM
Rationale
The curriculum's goal is to help children and youth
become successful learners, confident individuals,
responsible citizens, and effective contributors (the
four capacities). As a result, the framework places the
learner at the center of the curriculum.
Career education is linked to current transformations in the concepts and structures of work and
career, as well as the need to enable individuals to construct their careers rather than choose
them. A number of critical issues are addressed, including timing, content, method, delivery
models, progression, and assessment. It is argued that clearer evidence on these issues is
required, based on cross-national studies. This paves the way for economic security. The profit
margin of an occupation is a major consideration for most people when choosing a suitable
career. Choosing the right profession means you will be able to have economic security, which is
an important factor in our cumulative well-being.

Studying the history of a country provides insight not only into the civic and daily lives of
Filipinos but also into one's own civic lives. This is not unique to the Philippines but occurs in
other countries as well.
Because history provides us with the tools to analyze and explain problems in the past, it allows
us to see patterns that would otherwise be invisible in the present, providing us with a critical
perspective for understanding (and solving!) current and future problems.
In our expanding population, people nowadays tend to apply or seek for a job base on the given
choices of job to them even if it is not aligned or not based on their skills and a lot of people
don't know where they are linked to, especially those people who don't know where they are
going in the future and some of the companies don't accept employees if you don't have
experience and knowledge, so we'll help people to hone their skills in a different course we
offered, help them to know where they belong in the future and to give them the knowledge they
need in their field of work.
Philosophy of education:
Our educational institution wants to teach students about themselves and help them get ready
for life. Our institutional objective as teachers is to encourage pupils to seek out more
information in addition to helping them understand the subject that is required. We want kids to
be enthusiastic to learn. In our school, we implemented a student-based, learner-centered
curriculum that is designed to emphasize student learning development. We meet a learner's
needs and allow them explore the world to get a better understanding of the occupations they
want to pursue. We go through what they learnt and where the lessons should be concentrated.

Curriculum design, exhortation, and evaluation are processes that instructors do to assist them
make sense of the things they teach and to drive instruction. Curriculum development is the
multi-step process of creating and upgrading a course taught at a school or institution. While
the specific procedure varies every institution, the basic framework comprises stages of
analysis, construction, implementation, and assessment. Throughout the curriculum building
process, the most essential duty is to keep the learner (in this case, kids) in mind and include
them in the process. Those with direct knowledge of the target audience should be included in
the needs assessment.
