IX. Direction
The Client may supply direction and topics for content posts. It is understood, however, that the
Agency will take responsibility to write a content update to occur at regular intervals, whether
or not any direction is provided by the Client. The Work includes updates to Web page(s) and
social media business pages.

X. Allocated Team

The Agency will appoint a soecified Account Manager (AM), Strategy Manager and a Content Manager to
the Client. AM will be responsible to work as a bridge between the Agency and Client and first POC.
He/She will coordinate all activities with the Client and take necessary approvals. AM will be responsible
for all communication between the Client and Agency. In case of No response / Slow response from Client
AM will be solely responsible for reporting the same to the Client (management).
1. Social Media Management

The AGENCY will provide Social Media Management services to the CLIENT in accordance
with following specifications:

Facebook:

1. Page Management (Managing & responding to incoming inboxes, comments & mentions)
2. Design & develop static promo tiles
3. Design & develop GIF animations tiles
4. Design up to 12 Wall posts per brand. Design cover photos per campaign or as directed by the
respective client
5. Upload other content formats provided by the client in its existing format (videos, articles, external
links, etc.)
6. Monitor all conversations and respond to comments by fans
7. Delete and/or report spam, negative or illicit content posted on the page by fans
8. Forward complaints/queries from the customers to the concerned contact point at clients end and
seek for the best response
9. Provide monthly update reports and quarterly engagement activity plans to increase page
engagement.
Instagram:

1. Design header and profile picture as per campaign or client’s request
