2. Thinking Critically—Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and


weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

3. Making Decisions—Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential ac-


tions to choose the most appropriate one.

4. Reading—Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related doc-


uments.

5. Designing Equipment or Technology—Generating or adapting equipment and


technology to serve user needs.
