JUSTIFICATION:
Provide a justification on the needs to conduct the programme. Specify the
intellectual / physical / energy resources of the university to solve the problem faced
by the community.
SIGNIFICANT-
Identify the measurable impact: societal, health, safety, legal and cultural issues and
the consequent responsibilities and sustainable concerns to the society of the
selected SULAM.

SITE VISIT
● Search the information through online
● Conduct the site visit and/or communicate with a selected PIC who will
involve with your program
● Provide evidence on communication activities such as minutes of meeting,
photos and link video recording of meeting.
COMMUNICATION:
● Student engagement and team communication. The team must involve with
Three (3) main stakeholder: Society, Industry, Government Agency that are
willing to work together for your team’s program. Example: Society: JKKP,
Persatuan Penduduk NGO’s or clubs, Government Agency: Majlis
Perbandaran, JKR, Syabas, TNB etc. Industry/Company: HONDA,
TOYOTA, Huewai, Samsung etc. Provide a formal university-community
cooperation agreement (if any).

I. PROGRAM PLANNING:
List out all the activities to carry out the Community service program from the
initial set-up of the team, execution, monitoring until measurement of the
performance. The program within 7-10 Hours in weekend. Maybe can
conduct in 2-day example one around 4 hours (Webinar) and the others day 6
hours (F2F Workshop) – depend on programs.
IV. BUDGET
: Plan the budget for the materials of program. Template: Project Budgeting

: List of facility / Tools / Equipment / Machinery / System invented for the
community
I. RISK
: Register the risk of your program and suggest the prevention action. SOP-
Covid19. Template: Risk Management, SWOT Analysis.

II. Report either your program deliverables are developed and completed,
adhering to a mapped-out plan.

IV. List down value of sponsorship or other related contribution and evidence
from stakeholders.

NGOs, Learning Institutions, company.
