Vegetable Biryani

 Vegetables
o Carrot, Green Peas, Cabbage, Capsicum, Tomato, Onion
o Lime (Optional)
o Coriander Leaf, Cardamom & Cloves.

Directions:

 Soak the flattened rice for 10 minutes in Water.


 Finely cut the Carrot, Cabbage, Capsicum, Tomato & Onion
 Gently mix the vegetables (Carrot, Green Peas, Cabbage, Capsicum, Tomato and
Onion) in a bowl.
 Add Coriander Leaf, Cardamom and Cloves to enhance the taste.
 Lime drops are optional to overcome the effect of Onion.
 Add the soaked flattened rice to the mixture with salt as require and mix it well.
 Add Ghee and the Biryani is ready to serve.

 Flattened rice are rich in Iron and controls blood sugar levels. A good probiotic
and easily digestible. Contains healthy carbohydrates and are low in Calories.
 Carrot are a good source of beta carotene, Fiber, Vitamin K1, Potassium and anti-
oxidants. Improves eye-vision and weight-loss friendly food.
 Green Peas are good in Magnesium, Potassium and Calcium. Prevents blood
pressure and heart related diseases
 Capsicums are an excellent source of vitamin A and C.
