a.Identification of Business Opportunities:

Observing Trends:

 TikTok:
Observing trend basically create opportunities for the entrepreneur and during the covid period
we seen that observing trend was TikTok it is short video creating platform most of the people
seize the opportunity during covid and become content creator in the short span.

 NFT(Non Fungible Token)

We have seen another observing trend in the past year the creation of NFT. NFT basically stand
for Non Fungible Token it basically tell us the who is real owner of a virtual stuff like meme or
virtual art and people start trading these thing on different platform and create a fortune for
themselves

1. Solve Problem:

 Shoukt Khanam Memorial Hospital:

Solving a problem is all about identifying the opportunities by simply noticing the problem and
take a initiative and finding a way to solve it.In case of SKMH Imran Khan notice the problem
that exist in our country because there is no cancer hospital in Pakistan and he took initiative by
putting his own fortune for that noble cause and also raising fund from general public.

2. Gap:

 Lactose Free Milk:

A gap in the marketplace is created when product or services is needed by specific group of
people but doesn’t represent a large enough market in the case of lactose free milk when babies
are born they are lactose intolerant they cannot be feed on normal baby formula so lactose free
milk is required by those baby parents and market is small even though but gap is huge.

3. Creativity:

 Logo Designer:
Creativity is a process in which an individual generate a novel or useful idea and sell those idea
to create his livelihood. In case of logo designer they create different unique logos in the
process of creativity and then they can sell those on different freelance website.

4. Social Network:

 Banker/Real Estate Agent

If we see Banker and Real Estate agents they both create a social network and create a strong
ties relationship with their clients on their jobs. When real estate agent open his own agency he
connive his former job clients to work with them because of strong ties of relationship same in
the case of banker when they switch their banks for better position they also convince their
customer to open bank account and deposit money in their bank instead of old bank and
customer also open bank account in their banks because they get different perks from them.

b. Conduct an on campus survey of 20 people and see out of 6 which opportunity they like the most.
Rank the opportunity based on the votes.

Survey:
I just conduct a survey in University of management and technology about different
opportunities available in market some of them are online and they have so much potential
which gives you handsome amount with very low potential and some of them are required
physical space and investment so we just do a survey and see what young minds think what's
their opinions about that.

 TikTiok
TikTiok got 5 votes because of the hardworking and it's all about the audience.

 NFT(Non Fungible Token)

NFT got 4 votes because most of the people don't know much about that.

Shoukat khanam is problem solving so (SKMH) got 2 vote.

c.For the opportunity with the most votes in b, conduct a brainstorming session within a group that
should last only 15 mins. Write all responses down. Share the responses and mention contribution of
each group member.

The opportunity with the most votes from the conducted survey was TikTok. We conducted a 10 min
brainstorming session in which each member gave their ideas on why TikTok is a wide platform which
enables entrepreneurs to promote their business in.

Primarily TikTok is a big creative platform which anyone can use allowing customizing short clips based
to the users liking. Since it is a free platform, it becomes free of cost making it one of the affordable
ways to do social marketing. And be able to grab viewers at a short period of time, by sending PR
packages to other popular content creators on the platforms who could show the product or services for

TikTok went on a rise under the mist of Covid-19 lockdown, with people feeling bored or had nothing
better to do. A continues of trends arose which became viral even out of TikTok and into other social
media platforms. It is possible to use the continue rising trends as an opportunity to advertise and
promote entrepreneurship firm by following the algorithm. (Ayesha Asif)

Another way this platform can create an opportunity is by sharing content that is different from the rest.
When sharing snippets of the process of when the business was developing or sharing its main purpose
for it being created, it keeps viewers invested and wanting for more content. In addition to attracting
customers, a firm can ask for suggestions or opinions that can improve their costumer experience
leading them to feel that their opinions matter as smaller businesses are able to be more connected to

Lastly, we could use TikTok innovatively and not making it in a way that a way we market is not like
marketing. We could attract customers by creating engaging content. And can be done by creating GIFS,
Memes, comedy skits that are relatable to the target audience, and also be able to create our own
lenses which viewers can use in their videos. Or be able to create web traffic ads between videos, or
creating Top view ad which pops as soon as the app is opened. (Ahmed Rauf)

d. Conduct an internet search of the opportunity that got the most votes.
After completing a comprehensive internet search, the major result is NFT, which has received a lot of
votes in terms of making money. With NFTS, many started referencing blockchain and cryptocurrency.
People who were entrepreneurs or wanted to make money voted for NFTs. TikTok receives a lot of votes
since it is a platform for getting entertainment. TikTok was largely voted by entertainers. People were
also mentioning that TikTok NFTs are released. Because there is no such thing as peace in the age of
man, TikTok has teamed up with several artists, celebrities, and internet entities, like Lil Nas X, Bella
Poarch, and Grimes, to produce a collection of non-fungible tokens. Six "culturally significant" TikTok
films in the form of one-of-one NFTs inspired these TikTok Top Moments, as the company calls them.
They'll be auctioned off with a selection of limited edition NFTs that TikTok will offer weekly throughout
October.
