How can you describe a good leader? How does a good leader contribute to the overall
performance of the group in achieving their objectives?
Student’s Answer:

Honesty, self-awareness, bravery, respect, communication, empathy, and gratitude are qualities that
make for a good leader. The best leaders cultivate trust in the workplace and among their people through
effective delegating. The best leaders are excellent communicators with a variety of communication skills.
Being thankful can boost one's self-esteem and improve one's mood, reduce anxiety, and sleep. Empathy
is a key element of effective leadership and is related to work performance. Treating people with respect
on a regular basis is one of the most important things a leader can do. Good leaders are shaped by
experience, continual research, and adaptation. Leadership is more about a team of people working
together than it is about one charismatic or powerful person.

Selecting team leaders for your small business is a crucial choice that impacts the operation as a whole.
You may be relieved of some of the management duties by effective team leaders. All team members
receive instructions from the team leader to make sure they are doing their duties. By fostering a sense of
confidence and trust among their workforce, leaders may affect morale. They have the ability to foster an
environment that inspires creation. Team members may look up to a team leader who conducts himself
with honesty and integrity at all times.

Management would be powerless without the effort of leadership, and leadership has no purpose until it
builds a foundation for systems-based management. By upholding moral principles and forgoing comforts
in favor of goals and objectives (classical values), leaders work to innovate and progress society.
