Suddenly, the Duracell Bunny jumps out of the mother's bag and tells the son to buy Duracell batteries instead, which last twice as long and save more money compared to zinc batteries. The son takes the Duracell batteries from the bunny. His mother wipes away tears of joy while the bunny tells the son to get tissues, closing the scene on a lighthearted note while promoting the longer lasting qualities of Duracell batteries.

    SAVE LIKE AMMA – AUDITION SCRIPT

    The film opens on a young man in a small ‘Ma and Pa store’ about to reach
    for a regular zinc battery hanging from a strip on the wall near the cash
    machine.

    That’s when we hear a loud voice yell dramatically: ‘Nahi!!!’

    The young man, startled, sees his Amma behind him and says, ‘Ma?’

    Amma, reprimands her son and snatches the zinc battery out of his hand:
    “Beta dhyaan se paise kharch kar. Samjhao issey Bunny.”

    We suddenly see the Duracell Bunny leap out of the mother’s handbag and
    land on the countertop as he speaks to the amazed son, holding out a pack
    of Duracell batteries:

    ‘Maa ka dil mat todo. Duracell lao aur unka naam roshan karo.

    He continues speaking to the son and says: “Duracell chalein do guna


    zyaada, jis se bachat bhi ho jyada.”  Amma mouths these words while
    Bunny says it.

    The young man takes the pack of Duracell from Bunny. As an emotional
    Amma wipes away tears of joy. Bunny turns to the son and with a cracking
    voice says: “Khaade khaade kya dekh rahe ho? Jaao tissue ley aao…”

    Close with pack shot and super: 2x LONGER LASTING! SAVES MORE!* *Vs
