In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained, and other good and valuable consideration, which is hereby accepted
and mutually acknowledged as sufficient, the parties hereto agree as follows:

2. Deal Terms and Payment Schedule

The Purchaser hereby agrees to pay Artist Flat Guarantee of $1,250.00 USD (shall all be free of taxes) for the Performance(s). Payment for
the Performance(s) are to be paid by PayPal, Credit Card, ACH Bank Transfer, or Wire Transfer. Additional transaction fees may apply.

Purchaser shall be responsible for any difference in airfare rate increase if deposit is not paid by the deadline set forth in Clause 3, and if final
payment is not received in full by the date of performance, Artist reserves the right to charge interest at one percent (1%) per month or the
highest rate available under law and any and all collection costs and fees as well as legal fees and costs incurred in connection therewith.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payments shall be made in the form of bank wire, cash, or money order. A company check will be
accepted only if received four (4) weeks prior to the performance date and personal checks will not be accepted.

Should any taxes be withheld from the agreed upon fee based upon local, state, or federal law or regulation, Purchaser shall provide Artist with
all necessary certifications and other documents verifying the withholding of the requisite tax no later than January 31 of the subsequent
calendar year. Failure to do so in a timely manner will result in immediate payment to Artist of the amount withheld.

3. Cancellation Policy

In the event of a performance cancellation by the Artist due to sickness, injury, or other circumstances including, without limitation, commitments
relating to Artist’s musical career, the Purchaser and Artist shall use reasonable effort to reschedule the performance date within three (3)
months from the original date. If a mutually agreeable date is not possible, all monies received, with the exception of any agency fees,
administrative costs, travel, hotel, or advancing costs incurred, shall be fully refunded to the Purchaser by the entity receiving the money, and
Purchaser waives the right to sue the Artist or agency for any damages incurred as a result of the cancellation.

In the event of a performance cancellation by the Purchaser with less than sixty (60) days notice prior to the performance date, fifty percent
(50%) of the total contracted amount shall become due by Purchaser immediately. In the event of a performance cancellation by the Purchaser
with less than thirty (30) days notice prior to the performance date, the full fee shall become due and must be received by Artist’s management
within five (5) days from the date of cancellation.

4. Capacity

Purchaser hereby acknowledges that the agreed upon fee is based on capacity restrictions due to the current coronavirus pandemic. Should the
local government permit an increase in the allowed capacity, Purchaser shall in good faith renegotiate the Artist fee for the event.

5. Ticket Sales

Purchaser shall make available within twenty four (24) hours upon request all details regarding ticket sales for the performance. Artist has the
right to request Purchaser’s ticket vendor account information for immediate access to said data if not provided within twenty four (24) hours.

Purchaser shall provide the final attendance figures and tickets sales data of the show within forty eight (48) hours after the performance.

Schedule

Artist shall perform for a maximum of two (2) hours, with the option to extend, to be determined solely by Artist. Purchaser shall inform Artist of
the recommended set times, opening and closing times for the venue, and of any potential changes to the scheduled set time at least fourteen
(14) days prior to the performance. Artist shall have final approval over any and all supporting acts and their respective order of performance and
set time for the event.

6. Sound Engineer

Purchaser agrees to provide a fully qualified sound engineer familiar with the venue’s sound system who shall be present throughout the entire
performance. A fully qualified electrician familiar with the venue’s electrical supplies must also be present at the venue from the time of the stage
call until completion of the performance.

7. Recordings

The recording of this performance by any means and in any medium without Artist’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Purchaser agrees
to take all necessary precautions to ensure that no sound or audio-visual recording of any kind is made without the express written permission of
Artist. All precautions shall be made by Purchaser to remove unauthorized audio or video recording equipment from the venue on the date of the
performance. If the venue has any kind of video monitoring system backstage, on the stage, in DJ booth, or in the green room, Purchaser shall
make Artist and management aware of any such system prior to the performance. Purchaser agrees that no transmission or broadcast by radio,
through the Internet, television, closed circuit TV, direct film or other professional method will be permitted without the express written permission
of Artist. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, Purchaser understands and agrees that Artist shall retain digital ownership of any audio and visual
elements of the performance, and any request to use them outside of the performance shall be subject to a separate written agreement. If an
unauthorized recording of the performance is made or distributed, a $10,000 USD penalty will be assessed as well as appropriate legal action
that the Purchaser will be liable to pay for in entirety.

8. Advertising

Artist’s name or likeness may not be used or associated directly or indirectly with any product or service without the prior written consent of
Artist. Any photographs, biographical information and other material supplied by Artist to Purchaser shall be and remain Artist’s property and
shall be used only in connection with the promotion and publicity of the engagement hereunder. Artist shall not bear any portion of the cost of
advertising, publicity or promotion with regard to this engagement. Purchaser agrees not to commence advertising unless in Artist management
is in possession of the signed agreement and the deposit of payment, as defined in Provision 2. Artist shall be under no obligation to give any
interviews to radio, television, or press during the term of this contract unless Artist’s prior permission has been given. Purchaser shall create
and promote online event listings on Resident Advisor (residentadvisor.net) and Facebook (facebook.com) for Artist’s performance at least thirty
(30) days prior to the day of show.

9. Insurance

Purchaser shall pay for and maintain valid and comprehensive general liability insurance as required by the laws governing the venue, and shall
obtain all applicable and pertinent licenses or permits to host the event. Purchaser hereby agrees to indemnify Artist against any third party
claims howsoever they may arise while Artist is involved in contractual duties.

10. Security

Purchaser shall, at his own expense, employ an adequate number of security personnel who shall protect Artist and personal property upon
arrival to the venue, during the set times, and after the performance. Purchaser shall also provide security upon request at any time when Artist
and their party enter or leave the DJ booth. Purchaser shall ensure that the stage is kept free of any persons other than those directly involved
with the performance at all times. Purchaser shall ensure that security shall not use any undue force either by word or deed and that no injuries
shall be inflicted on the public at any time.

11. Purchaser Present

Purchaser or his/her appointed authorized representative shall be on hand from Artist’s designated arrival time to deal with any contingency
arising in connection with the production of the performance.
12. Breach

All of the provisions of this contract are of the essence and failure by Purchaser to comply with any of them shall constitute a material breach of
contract based upon which Artist shall be entitled to cancel the performance without prejudice to payment in full. If Purchaser is unable to meet
any of the requirements stated in this Rider, Purchaser shall be liable for any fees, charges or other remuneration incurred by Artist to obtain
such required service or items.

13. Force Majeure

For the purposes of this agreement, a "force majeure” event shall constitute any one or more of the following situations which renders
performance by Artist impossible, impractical or unsafe: acts of God, civil or political unrest, acts or regulations by any official public authority,
epidemic, fire, flooding, terrorism, strikes or labor disputes, death, illness, injury or other inability of Artist or key personnel which adversely
impacts Artist’s ability to perform in connection with the event.

If any event referred to in this contract is canceled as a consequence of force majeure, no claims shall be made against Purchaser in respect to
non-fulfillment of the terms of this agreement with regard to the venue so affected and Purchaser shall bear its own costs and expenses in
connection with the event. Similarly, no claims shall be made against Artist in respect of non-fulfillment of the terms of this agreement with
regard to any venue so affected. If the force majeure occurs in the middle of Artist’s performance, Purchaser shall be liable for a proportionate
amount of the payment required under the agreement. If Purchaser elects to keep monies received from the ticket sales of the event for any
reason, the Artist similarly has the right to the full payment plus other compensations hereunder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Purchaser shall
always be responsible for all transportation, accommodation, and other expense reimbursements for Artist under the terms of the agreement.

14. Terms and Conditions

This Rider and all of the terms and conditions contained herein shall be deemed to have been incorporated into and to constitute an integral part
of the Contract referred to above. Any Contract returned to Artist without the Rider attached, or with the Rider unsigned or amended in any way
without the written consent of Artist shall be rendered null and void and shall constitute due cause for immediate cancellation by Artist of the
engagements specified in the Contract. No Contract shall be binding until executed by Artist.

15. Validity and Execution

The person executing this Agreement on Purchaser’s behalf warrants his/her authority to do so, that he/she has the right to enter into this
contract and is of legal age, and hereby personally assumes liability for the payment of all compensation hereunder and the performance of all
Purchaser’s obligations hereunder.

16. Interpretation

Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed or interpreted as constituting a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employer/employee
relationship between Purchaser and Artist. No third party is intended to be a third party beneficiary hereof. No modification, amendment, waiver,
termination or discharge of this Agreement shall be binding upon Artist unless confirmed by a written instrument signed by Artist's authorized
representative. No waiver of any provision of or any default under this Agreement shall constitute a waiver by Artist of compliance thereafter with
the same or any other provision or of Artist's right to enforce the same or any other provision thereafter. If Purchaser is comprised of more than
one individual, the terms and conditions hereof shall apply to the members of Purchaser jointly and severally. If any clause or part of this
Agreement is determined to be unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to make such a determination, the remainder of this
Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision which, in Artist's sole option, is of the essence, is rendered unenforceable by
such a court or tribunal, Artist shall have the option to cancel the performance without incurring any liability to Purchaser or any third party. This
Agreement contains the entire understanding between Purchaser and Artist; it supersedes any and all other prior agreements, correspondence
or statements, whether written or verbal.

17. Non-Assignment/Non-Transferability

Neither party may assign this agreement or any rights or obligations under this agreement, either voluntarily or involuntarily, whether by merger,
consolidation, dissolution, operation of law, or any other manner, without the express written consent of the other party. Neither party may

delegate any performance under this agreement, without the express written consent of the other party. Any purported assignment of rights or
delegation of performance in violation of this section is void.

18. Attorney Fees

In any litigation, arbitration, or other proceeding by which the Purchaser or Artist seeks to enforce its rights under this Agreement, the prevailing
party shall be awarded reasonable attorney fees.

19. Confidentiality; Non-Disclosure

The terms of this Agreement shall be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed or disseminated to anyone except the Artist, Management,
Booking Agent, and Purchaser. Any violation of this Provision shall constitute a material breach hereunder and shall be punishable by a fine of
$2,500 USD.

20. Jurisdiction

This Agreement has been entered into in Washington, D.C., and the validity, interpretation and legal effect of this Agreement shall be governed
by the laws of the District of Columbia applicable to contracts entered into and performed entirely within the District of Columbia. Any action or
suit pertaining to or arising out of this Agreement shall be determined by Federal and State courts located in the District of Columbia.

I agree that this is an irrevocable offer to engage Artist on the terms set forth in this agreement and attached rider, and verify that I am authorized
to enter a contractual relationship between my organization and The Bullitt Agency, Inc. Upon, my signature, fifty percent (50%) of the fee will be
due.

ARTIST RIDER – Daniel Orpi

1. Hotel Accommodations.
The Purchaser shall reserve and confirm one (1) King room in a five (5) star hotel for one (1) night with confirmed late check-out, Internet and
breakfast included in the room rate under the name Daniel Orpi. A confirmation and pre-payment voucher and/or confirmation notice shall be
sent via facsimile or email to the Artist’s management company one (1) week prior to the Artist’s schedule departure date.

2. Work Visas.
Intentionally omitted.

3. Transportation.
All airline travel shall be booked by Artist's management.

4. Billing.
Purchaser shall only use the photos, logos, websites, and other press material provided directly by Artists’ management. Artist shall receive
Headliner billing in all advertising and publicity including but not limited to airtime, newspaper and trade ads, flyers, billboards and marquees
unless otherwise stated on the face of the contract.

The Artist shall be presented as “Daniel Orpi” and the placement and typeface used in all media shall be at least as large and as prominent as
the billing for any other artist appearing at the same venue or whose name is featured on the same advertisement, handbill or poster.

ALL FLYERS AND ARTWORK MUST BE APPROVED BY THE BULLITT AGENCY IN ADVANCE OF DISTRIBUTION. Purchaser shall send
Artists’ management copies of all flyers and/or advertisements announcing the event at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled performance
date. Failure by Purchaser to comply with this provision shall result in a fine of $5,000.00 USD.

5. Guest List.
Twenty (20) complimentary admission tickets shall be made available by the Purchaser under the name “Daniel Orpi”” for guest list purposes.
The Purchaser agrees to provide complimentary and unlimited admission to all persons that are indicated on said guest list for the duration of
the performance.

The Purchaser shall arrange for a table or area near the DJ booth for artists’ guests with stage/booth access.

6. Drinks/Catering.
Four (4) Beers, One (1) bottle of Rum (Habana Club / Bacardi / Barcelo), six (6) Coca Cola Zero, Six (6) bottle of still water, Four (4) healthy
protein bars.

Purchaser shall extend unlimited bar privileges to Artist and tour manager throughout the entire night of the event. If tickets for drinks are
required, such tickets must be provided to Artist upon entry into the venue and upon request throughout the entire night of the event.

On the night of the event, Purchaser shall provide and pay for a hot dinner and breakfast for two (2) people. Under no circumstances shall this
include fast food. Should Purchaser be unable to accompany Artists to dinner or breakfast, Purchaser shall reimburse Artists for said meals up to
$100.00 USD which shall be provided in cash upon presentation of the receipt.

7. Merchandising.
Intentionally omitted.

8. On-Stage Equipment

DJ EQUIPMENT:
• 1x Pioneer DJM 900 NXS2 / Allen&Heath Xone:92
• 3x Pioneer CDJ 3000 (Lastest software update and linked via UMHTS HUB)
• 1x RMX 1000 Pioneer.
• 2x High powered undistorted stereo dj

BOOTH MONITORING SYSTEM:


• 2x High powered undistorted stereo dj monitors, placed on either side of the console at ear level, powered by an amplifier and
controllable from the DJ mixer linked to the booth/monitor control knob.

All the equipment have to be in perfect conditions, confirmed and approved by the DJ agency. The monitors must be placed one in each side of
the DJ booth and never on top of the DJ table.

STAGE/BOOTH:

• There must be enough light in the DJ booth so the DJ can perform comfortable and when in doubt if there is enough light, please
provide one small stage light.

CORONAVIRUS
ARTIST RIDER
ADDENDUM

This Contract Addendum (“Addendum”) is a material part of the consideration for Purchaser to enter into the Agreement with
Artist. In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the Agreement and this Addendum, the Addendum
controls.

IN CONSIDERATION OF the Parties agreeing to amend their obligations in the existing Contract, and other valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree to keep, perform, and fulfill the
promises, conditions and agreements below:

1. Event Requirements
The Purchaser agrees to the perform the following safety protocols for the event and inform the Artist that each task has been
completed:
· Venue is sanitized prior to start of the event
· Venue has good circulation
· Hand sanitizers are available for attendees
· Any adjustments to capacity are made known to Artist and team
· Cancellation/Refund policy is prepared in case event needs to be postponed
· Social distance measures are in place as mandated by local governmental requirements
· Temperature checks for guests
· DJ Booth and equipment are sanitized immediately prior to Artist’s use
· Artist is provided with a private green room with personal restroom and can control access to said room
· Green room and DJ booth are clear of all non-essential personnel while in use by Artist

2. Travel Requirements
If required by authorities, Purchaser shall provide all means and pay for any costs associated with acquiring a COVID-19 test for
Artist and traveling party.

3. Cancellation
If the Artist deems the event to be unsafe at any point for Artist or the attendees, the Artist reserves the right to cancel his
performance or stop the performance while it is happening.

4. Catering/Hospitality
In addition to the items found in the hospitality provision of the contract, on the night of the event the Purchaser shall also
provide the following items in|the green room:
· Hand Sanitizer
· Alcohol Wipes
· One (1) Box of Disposable Face Masks
