 As a project manager your job is to manage a team of developers that is going to build an application similar
to the ones, they have built earlier which means they have experience building such applications. The
application that they are going to build now is more complex and larger one, and the requirements have been
thoroughly explained and documented by the customer. Justify your choice of process model for this project.
Discuss the valid reason(s) in detail.

Details:
As a application developer, The model I choose is waterfall and I consider this for this
project, Waterfall is the best model if we have an experience team for developing this project
And the project has clearly defined requirements that are well documented by the customer, the project is
likely to have well-defined, stable requirements. And our team has also done a similar application, but
this application is more complex and larger than what the team has done before.

Part: 2
Discuss T-shirt sizing technique of story points estimation in Agile.

As we develop large project, we will have more risk about our large project in analyzing the risks following are
some rules for analyzing risk:

Project Risk:
Evenly most of time we face Schedule or resources for a project team loss, and we also develop a
expert coder for implementation and we deliver project in a shorter time period and after some time we
need a developer with same expertise like the previous one which we lost. In schedule we have sub-
schedule which are time schedule and budget schedule product risk.

Product Risk:
Overall project performance was affected by product risk for as we purchase a tool or product we will use
in a product and our expectation of the project is higher when we are purchase but the time of our
development is didn’t work according to the expectation.

Business Risks:
Our organization was highly effected when our competent launched a new project we same functionality
or better than ours in a market which is appropriate and needs to a market. Not so market expectations in
the front of a competitive product. After completion the project comes to the testing phase which is quite
important because we should try to work beyond customer expectation. so we have to test all project and
deploy or hangover the project for our customer
