PROCEDURE
Steps to create a table using
design view
1.Click the tables object in the left pane
and click Create Table In Design View .

2. Enter the fields names and select a data


type for each.

3. You can set field properties if needed.


4. Set a primary key:-

a) Right click on the leftmost button which


is showing an arrow and select Primary key.

5. Once done , either click File >save or click


on save icon or press ctrl+s.
CREATING FORM
1. Click forms in the left pane and select
use wizard to create form.
2. Select the tables and fields to be
included
3. click next.
4. Choose an arrangement of fields from
the given options.
5. Select wether you want form fordata
entry or display purpose.
6. Choose the appreance for your form.
7. Specify the name and click finsih.
CREATING REPORT

1. Click report in the left pane and


click Use wizard to create report.
2. Select he fields for your report .
3. Select the lables for the field.
4. Specify if you want to group the
data on the basis of any field or not.
5. Next specify the sort options.
6. Choos ethe layout of your report.
7. Now specify the name of your
report and click on finish.
