4. The driver has no more than one (1) “at fault” accident within the past 36 months/3 years

5. The driver has no more than two (2) moving violations within the past 36 months/3 years
a. I.E. speeding, failure to stop, signal device, etc.
b. Moving violations are generally those violations of the law which involve an action or
failure to perform a certain action by the driver when the vehicle is in motion.

Any driver who has completed 90 days of continuous service may continue delivery if they obtain a third
(3) moving violation within 36 months, providing the third moving violation is not a serious violation that
would in itself disqualify the driver.

Once a driver has four (4) moving violations, they may not be employed as a driver or make deliveries
(under any circumstances). Drivers not meeting the above standards should not be employed as a
Marco’s Pizza ® delivery driver.
