SEVADAL EXAMINATION – 2022

Participants: Active workers, Members, Youth , BV Gurus, & Office Bearers of all Levels

Date :18th September (3rd Sunday) Time : 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm

Instructions for conducting the examination:

The examination is to be conducted on 3rd Sunday – 18th September 2022

From 3-30 PM to 4-30 PM in an atmosphere of devotion and discipline. After
completing the answers, another 30 minutes to be spared for self evaluation.

1. The Participants are to be instructed to write their Name (Block letters), Age,
Responsibility taken in the Organisation ; like-BV Guru,Youth, Bhajan Lead Singer,
Samithi Coordinators/incharges, Name of Samithi/Bhajan Mandali and District name on
the front page.

2. Question papers in Oriya will be mailed to District Presidents in due time. After
downloading from the mail page, the number of question papers & cover pages are to
be photo-copied by District president, as per the requirement of the Samithis/Centres.
Then make packets in a closed envelope for each of the Samithi/Centre.

3. The District President shall depute Observers cum Examination Coordinators, (one
for each Centre).

4 The Role of Observer cum Examination coordinator:

a) He/She will take the question cum answer sheets from DP for the allotted Samithi.
b) He/She must contact the Convener of the Samithi well before the day and plan to
reach in time
.c) He/She must reach at the Centre before 45 minutes of the commencement of the
examination.
d) The Question paper cum answer sheets are to be opened by him/her before 10
minutes of the schedule examination , at the presence of Samithi convener or Centre in
Charge.
e) Before distributing the question cum answer sheet to participant in the examination
hall, the answer sheet must bear the stamp of Seva Samithi (round seal) & name of the
Centre(if other than samithi campus)
.f) For any excess requirement of the Question, the same may be photo-copied at the
Samithi/Centre.
g) The starting time and the ending time of the examination will be maintained by him/her
.h) After the examination is over, the Observer will repack all the answer sheets in the
same envelope with a abstract sheet cum observation remark signed by Samithi
Convener or Centre In Charge and countersigned by him/her.
i) The Observer will bring the packet and handover to the District President.
 5. The District Presidents are requested to get the papers valued at their end and
announce the results within 15 days.
List of results must be sent to State Office by 5th of October 2022 in a specified format
supplied by the State.
6. Suggested answer sheet shall be circulated to District Presidents soon after the
examination.
