Dear Parcel Owners,

To avoid any doubt on testing of water ponding at bathroom area, proper procedures of testing
are required and all works shall be conducted by main contractor unless stated;

Ensure the floor trap has been sealed

Fill up the shower area with water to allow static pressure without exceeding the
hydrostatic head.

Observe the soffit and external side of walls for 24 hours

In case of leakage, inspect the source of leakage and investigate accordingly. Conduct
necessary rectification and repeat pond test until no leakages can be found.

Relevant tests can only be carried out when it necessary and only 1 time for each unit.
