Project: SPPAP, PHCIP For South Punjab
Time Period: 18th December 2014 to 30TH November, 2022.
Responsibilities:
Overall Responsible for project finance, Accounts & operations
Budgeting for the project, cost monitoring, Procurement
Preparation of Statements of Expenditure, confirmation of expenditures
Managing the procurement for the project interventions
Conducting internal and external audits and planning filed missions
Managing the necessary security measurements for regional and districts offices
Managing filing system, inventory, stock registers and office equipment.
Preparing admin and financial reports for donner and govt agencies on monthly and quarterly basis
• Management of workshops, seminars, official functions including food, travel and beverages.
Provide necessary support to the senior management and project teams in day-to-day administrative
tasks

Efficiently managing necessary repair & maintenance of buildings, vehicles and equipment including all
field offices
Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses
Coordination with donner agencies and Govt stake holders
Managing external and internal audits of projects
Verifying bank and grants reconciliations
Managing HR & Administration assignments for the project
Logistic and travel arrangements for staff at regional and field offices
Responsibilities:
Report writing for donner agencies
Overall managing project activities
Managing budget, internal and external audits, accounts & tax
Supervised the project team
Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection,
consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing financial & program reports
Enhancing support for promoting awareness in target communities through capacity building of
citizen voter groups
Supervised process of capacity building of Citizen Voter Groups and District Peace Committee
members and Community Based organization though Training of Trainers, awareness sessions
Enhancing coordination among community and political parties’ representatives
Enhanced community-based support system for ensuring maximum poll of female votes in a
peaceful voter friendly environment by building capacities of 42 CBOs and a District Vigilance
Committee
Preparing monthly and interim progress reports
Conducting of Press Conferences for awareness rising to media about project activities.

Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g., auditors, donner
Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines

Supervising administration & human resource departments
Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
Responsibilities:
Managing projects accounts in computerize accounting system (quick books)
Monitoring cash flows
Providing technical Support to sub-partners, Community Based Organizations and community level
project staff including Community Health Educators and Health Promoters
Organizing advocacy seminars, capacity building workshops and resource mobilization trainings involving
public sector departments including health, education and social welfare, religious leaders, local
electronic and print media and Community Based Organizations
Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and assisted project director in preparation of Annual
Project Reports, audit
Conducting monitoring visits and periodic evaluations at field level
Supervising admin staff

Responsibilities:
Conduct the internal audit of the projects
Computation and calculation of Employees Salaries.
Tax calculation and submission to authorities.
Inventory Management
Liaison with bank, opening of bank accounts and preparation of Bank Reconciliations.
Maintenance of Cash & Bank Book.
Proper maintenance of files of all type of Vouchers.
Knowledge of all essential procedures for enabling authorization for payments.
Daily updating of all type of accounting transaction/record into software.
