3 WHEEL DRESSER
see figurel part of 7,8,9,10,11 are wheel dresser, diamond point " 7" isn ' t fixed,supply it to you
according to special attachment.You can perpa.·e diamond for yourself,drill some corresponding hole in
diamond point,lay diamond in it and weld well,fix it in the position if diamond "7" they you may use it.
W.h en wheel is plugged by grinding debris,it needs dressing.First rotate "9" in counter clock wise when
dressing wheel make diamond be at the bottom,6mm(O.24" )is the Maximum Stroke(back and forth)of
rotating diamond point "9" in positive and counter direction.
After maldng diamond point be at bottom,swing wheel dresser and watch whether the space between
diamond "7" and wheel end face is less than 6mm of not, if the space is less than 6mm, rotate "9" in
clockwise and make diamond point "7" feed,youcan derss the wheel.If space is more than 6mm, loosen
screw " 10" ,and. push sleeve "8" make diamond point "7" near to wheel,keep space with O.S-lmm or so
tighten screw "10" ,fixed sleeve "s" ,tum on switch "IS" and make wheel rotate,rotate "9" in clock"'ise
After ma king diamond point "7" touch with wheeI.swing "11" to dress wheel;after making diamond point
"7" touch with wheel,swing " 11" to position without keeping tool from being grinded.

5 OPERTING INSTRUCTION

c) Edge grinding of taper angle z ~:see tigure 6,loosen handle "60" and "43" ,rotate swivel table "54"
and draw pin "44" to limit position,at this scale "52" and () scale line are congruence to "0" line of
indicating,ing "66" tighten handle ,"43" rotate "54" in congruence to "0" line of "66" ,then tighten
"60" .(see Iigure I)Micro feed by handle "4" and rotate nut "38" continuously in clockwise and taper
angle 2~ of tool grind,(as mentioned above) first rotate "54" to limit position in clockwise,loosen
"43" and adjust "44" to your requiring angle ~(counted from "0" scale of "52" )at the position of 0
scale of "66" ,then tighten "60" ,negative taper angle 2~ can be grinded as mentioned above
according to grinding length.
d) The grinding of cutter relief:relief a and end relief a I of tool 5, 6, 7, 8,on grinding diagram need
to be rotated corresponding angle of swivel table base "50" ,When grinding relied a ,Not to damage
maim cutting edge indicaled as figure.Distance to main cutting edge about O.Olmm(O.0004"

c) Ajustment of offset: see figure 5 center line and enter distace "a" ,adjust "62" ,make "a" scale of
"58" congruence to venire "61" scale.
t) After grinding relief of cutter,also grind back of tool,in another word.Radial of tool back is less
than radial of main edge.The reducing valne can be selected according to tool diameter,(see figure
13).Gringding back of tool.
I ) See figure 2, first make spindle line vertical to wheel spindle line ,screw nut "38" ,make
deep slot of "33" in pin "65" .loose nut "39" ,fix tool and located by locator "55"
0) Lock "39" ,turn on "55" ,make shallow slot in pin "63" indexing plate and cuter can do
indexing movement quickly back and forth indicated by micro feed scale of handle "4"
radial of back of tool can be grinded according to edge grinding requirement,but no main
cutting edge.Tool of other form,can be grinded in the same way.

g) Operation example for any indexing location:

Locate the tool after rotating 11 in clockwise. Before operation, "33" should be in deep slot "32" as
the beginning position of "40" scale by the indicated line of flange cap "35" .Loosen round nut "38"
make scale ring "40" with tool rotate from the beginning position Screw down round nut "38" and
press scale ring "40" you can get the 11 0 location in clockwise and you will get any indexing and
location the same way.
2 GRINDING OF END MILL
Slide "57" the collet which on "64" off,loosen lock screw off dovetail;and slide off the dovetail to
change end mill dovetail.
After assembling the needed end mill,put the stylus into the slot and lock the end mill.In of the
edge of the highpoint of your grinding wheel edge.Now you're ready to grind your first end mill.
When grinding pull the guide spindle in the end mm dovetail, with the guide of stylus to finish
grinding.After finishing grinding one edge, please write down the cutter master in feed graduation,
then grind another edge.
3 GRINDING OF TURNING TOOL
Slide otT the collet for spindle,and loosen lock screw of dovetail "57" to slide off the dovetail,then fix
the turning tool dovetail. After fixing the turning tool,set the desired clearance angle to grind
separately with the requirement of front angle and relief. We advic;e manual diamond wheel is
available whenyou grind carbide turning tool.And diamond wheel is a vailable to order of you need.
4 GRINDING OF DRILL
a) First adjust the location of cutter master according the sharp angle size, of the drill.
b) Fix the collet <1>2 on the cutter master, then fix the drill grinding device on the dovetail,in another
word when the collet clamps center spitdle 14,the 'Pilot spindle should insert into the pilot hole

that under the collet.
c) Loosen handle 13 and adjust driving spindle 8,it' s graduation H has relaton with grinding drill
diameter D,that is H= 0.8 D, Then loosen handle 3.
d) Put the drill into V slot of driving spindle,and loosen offset screw then adjust offset quill to make
the end of drill belt higher 0.1-0.3mm than the block I, finally tighten offset quill screw6.
e) Locate one drill edge belt on the side of the block 1. tighten tool holding clamp screw 4.And
drive driving spindle S with handie to grind.
o After finishing one, loosen tool holding clamps screw4 to locate another one with the same way.
S REMARK
Won' t note you when getting structure better.

6 ATTENTION ITEM
a) Read instruction manuals carefully before using or install.
b) Make sure to lock all the pieces deadly,put all the tools and spanners away before using.
c) Use standard protective devoices and others.
d) Children and watcher mustn: t near the machine.
e) The operator should wear appropriate dothes,!Qose clothes long hair and necklace arenot available.

belt wheel, and you can take it Dut.
d) Put the belt into the bclt wheel slot and press it by right hand ,then tum the ",'httl slowly by left
hand, till the ~It into the slol comptetely.

c) Put the belt into motor wheel "15" slot by right hand and turn the wheel slowly by left hand(make
sure that the belt won' t leave the belt wheel).
o Turn serew "17" clockwise by 8mm hex wrench,to make the new belt at proper condition.
g) Turn screw "24" clockwise,tighten motor fixture,and fix the window.
2 CHANGING OF WHEEL
a) Disassemble wheel according the figure below,to change the new wheel.

b) Balance of wheel:To see figure below,fix new wheel on balance plate "22" ,tighten round nut "23" ,
insert mandrel "28" into "22" ,put it on wheel balance bracket "29" to balam·.e.There are 3 balance
block "26" inthe slot of "22" .Loosen screw ~'27" , "26" and move them to balance the wheel.Keep
the wheel silent balance when changing wheel NO.FOOI is special attachment.
Diameter of balance plate "22" fixed on wheel has two size;metric and inch <1> 20 is metric;3/4 is inch.
