That video that I presented to you has something to do with our topic for today. One of the prerequisite in
Cheerdance is knowing the proper basic hand movements and proper position so that we can avoid sprains,
or any injuries and to minimize accident when performing cheerdance.
Please stand. I will give you the instructions of basic hand movements and positions in cheerdance and you
must interpret it on your own, is it clear?
