Instructions

1. Each group must submit three reports. (GGOA, GGOB and GGOC).
2. Each report must consist of:
• Page 1: Cover page
• Page 2: Score sheet
• Page 4 to Page 7: Your report
3. For the Cover Page and the Score Sheet, use exactly the one from the Scoring Checklist
file.
4. Follow the exact format as the provided Report Example.
5. The maximum page number for each report is seven pages only (including the Cover
Page and Score Sheet). No extra marks will be given for the additional pages.
6. Each report is compiled into PDF format. So, each group submit three PDF files.
7. Name your file as “XX-GGOY.pdf”, where XX is your lab group name and Y is the
project code. For example, “A2-GGOB.pdf” means the second subgroup in Group A for
report GGOB.
8. Only the leader submits the report either via Google classroom only.
9. The experiment and report submission time are as follow:
