Pursuant to the provisions of DepEd Order No. 43, s. 2016 on Implementing Rules
and Regulations of Republic Act No. 10588 or the Palarong Pambansa Act of 2013 on the
implementation of school-based sports activities and on the Comprehensive School
Sports Program that promote and develop prospective athletes that highlights the

fails to maintain the standards required for the program/s and to faithfully follow all the
laws, policies, rules, and regulations and the standards of the Department of Education
as indicated in the Sports Club Manual.
