Tracks: Sexy Bass (Original Mix), +

Sexy Bass (Ivan Lopez Remix)

Rights: Exclusive

Territory: The World

Term: Perpetuity

Formats: All

Royalty: 50% of Net Recipts

Remixes: 30% remixer, 20% to the artist

Accounting: Semi annually (Juny and December), within 90 days via PayPal.

Others: The Licensor has no right to post previews, videos or any other
promotional material of the track before the release date.

Publishing all writers / artists to be released Will need to be published by Pizza Music, another
publishing company or be registered with a collecting agency. Please submit names of all writers
& publishers below.
The licensing agreement grant to our company ¨Pizza Music¨. The rights to use the tracks above
mentioned (¨tracks¨). Signing this offer you declare ¨track¨ to be your own original work and
accept responsibility for the clearing of any sample. In signing below the licensor hereby
confirms that it has the right to grant the licensee the right to use the recordings and that the
licensor will hold the licensee free from any claim from any third party in respect of fees due to
any third party. You also authorize our company to use your artist name for the packaging and
for the promotion. These terms are the entire agreement between the parties and shall serve
as a binding contract. Please show your acceptance to these terms by signing below.
Written and signed in two copies.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Article 1. All Original tracks receive 50% remixed tracks receive 25%.

Article 2. The licensor (STEVEN ARIAS) is responsable for shipping costs and taxes, as well as cost
reduction.
Article 3. The licensee (Pizza Music) must submit to the licensor (STEVEN ARIAS) payment in
relation to sales, if more or $100usd.

Article 4. A PayPal account is needed to indicate payments (STEVEN ARIAS) and by signing this
agreement (Pizza Music) agrees to be responsable for the distribution of these funds with the
producers of labour.
Payments will be made in U.S. dollars.
