Established in 2010, Sant Hirdaram Institute of
Management (SHIM) for Women is a pioneer
institution of management education since it is the
'Only for Women' institute of management in
Central India. The group has always encouraged
innovation and promoted those who have the ability
to drive change and bring in new ideas. SHIM is
unique in management education as it seamlessly
blends the “traditional” with the “modern” inputs.
SHIM has been launched with a view to develop
competent, high caliber management thinkers and
practitioners for efficient business management. The

Carnival” has been achieving newer heights of

Courses Offered
MBA (MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION)
(Two years, full-time, Affiliated to Barkatullah University and Approved by AICTE)
The objective of this course is to equip the students with
relevant management skills to facilitate them in
becoming a good corporate citizen. In two years of
duration, students are taught basics of management to
specialization subjects in detail. After studying in two
semesters, a student has to select Specialization subjects
as offered by the University. The same continues in fourth
semester as well.

Introduction:
Student oriented clubs are formed to engage them in meaningful activities at all levels. These clubs are aimed at
