Dear Sir/Madam,

As we approach the end of the Christmas season, we would like to take a moment to celebrate the
dedicated service of our altar servers at San Juan Nepomuceno Parish. Our ministry has been serving our
parish for 46 years, and we would like to mark this milestone with a special anniversary party.

On December 30, 2022, we invite all altar servers past and present, to join us to give thanks for the
service of our altar servers and to celebrate the joy of the Christmas season. We will have food, games,
and other activities for all to enjoy.

To make this event a success, we are seeking financial contributions from members of our parish. Any
amount, big or small, would be greatly appreciated and will help cover the costs of food, games, and
other activities.
