LAC Session Reflection

Learning Action Cell, also popularly known as LAC is one of the best
activities that teachers may indulge with and which may be conducted
every month or as the need arises. This is one undertaking that teachers
dearly enjoy because it has a lot of benefits to us, most
especially in our jobs as educators.
We had a lot of topics being discussed during our LAC Sessions
like on how to Construct Questions using HOTS, Rubric Making,
Grading System during this Pandemic, the three objects of RPMS for
teachers which are the basis for Class Observation, and a lot of relevant
topics for teachers’ enhancement as professionals. In other words,
teachers are able to talk freely on a variety of topics which are
essential in the improvement of the teaching-learning process.
LAC session helps us (teachers) in meeting fresh ideas. This
means that through this the we teachers are able to learn, relearn and
unlearn the things that will add to our knowledge and skills. We able
to acquire news ideas, insights and notions that are meaningful in our
profession. Through LAC sessions we able learn new approaches in
teaching especially during this pandemic. By means of LAC sessions this
we are able to enhance our teaching strategies. All of us teachers
were given a chance to discuss topics, that help us and developed us
The said activities motivate the teachers to be at their utmost best when
teaching. The teachers’ diverse ideas is well expressed and well-heard
in LAC Sessions.
During the LAC Session I really appreciate the laughter we shared
and the eating after LAC Session.
