Sub:- SBTET– Academics – BMA attendance during holidays - Certain

With reference to the subject cited, all the Principals of Government/Aided/
Private Un-Aided Polytechnics are hereby informed to instruct the students, who
are having less percentage of attendance, to give their Bio Metric attendance
during Dasara holidays and general holidays, to get the eligibility for attending
the End Semester Examinations. Further, the Principals are requested to create
awareness among the students regarding Bio Metric attendance.

The attendance will be calculated based on the BMA data only and no
manual attendance will be considered at the time of Semester End Examinations.

Therefore, you are requested to bestow your personal attention towards

biometric attendance of students for all days till the last working day.
