1. Visual inspection (not later than one year)

1 8” jar for 23” BHA
2. NDT/ Dimensional inspection reports for review (prior send to the rig or not later than one year)
3. Lifting certificates for any containers, equipment, wire rope slings, shackles, etc.
4. MPI certificates for any equipment/ for welding areas.
5. Wall thickness certificates for any tanks.
6. Pressure test certificates for any high pressure lines.
7. Hydrostatic pressure test certificates for any cylinders. Standard DS-1;
8. Gauges calibration certificates for any gauges or PRV. WFT Specification;
9. Zone II certificates for any equipment required Zone II certificate. DNV 2-7.1;
10. COC’s. API Q1/Q2 Spec.;

11. Treating Iron Certificates. international
12. Mechanical Property Testing Report. specifications and
13. Maintenance reports. standards also
14. Assembly requirements record reviwe (replaced O-rings and soft seals prior to reassembly). apply.
15. Connections Makeup (make up the midbody connectons using the torque values).
16. Serial or Part number verification.
17. Shock testing report review or witnessing (what applicable).
18. Photograph and document the as-received condition of tools.
19. All applicable functional tests (documents or witnessing).
20. Packing.

• All field personnel must be vaccinated with a government-approved UAE vaccine.
• PCR test result as per Company requirements.
• Use personal protection.

At rig site:
• Wear the required PPE
• Wear fall protection when working at height
• Do not walk under suspeded loads
• Do not run. Walk and use available handrail

Additional information:

For this operation:

• Bureau Veritas was assigned by JEL Company to perform pre-shipment QAQC Inspection
• Pre-shipment QAQC inspection will be conducted at WFT facility.
• The equipment/tools must be provided in full along with quality documents.
• All QAQC documents shall be valid not more than 1 year.
• The QAQC inspection will be performed by Bureau Veritas QAQC engineer.
