TERMS&CONDITIONS:
• Work order is to be issued in favour of Cluematrix TechnologiesPvt.Ltd.
• 40% advance payment at the time of work order through cheque in favour of
Cluermatrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
• Payment Terms as Given Below
• Work order is mandatory to start development process.
• Scope can be changed (10-15%)
• Any new development to be charged as mentioned, the scope as indicate should
not increase, if done there would be revision of project estimate and/or
reworking of the contract.
• Both Parties reserve the rights to share the project activities outcome, logo,
impact data, name in each other publications and business development
literatures as well as through papers/presentations/videos in various public
forums, books, magazine, website, etc.
• GST will be charged additionally.
• New Requirement Charges Rs 450/ Man/hour
• Yearly Maintenance 33 % of Total Cost
