    May we appeal from your office to allow us to temporarily pay over the counter while waiting for the
    admin of the BDO in charge of the Bancnet EGov to recover our account for the reason that we are
    unable to pay our obligations through the Bancnet eGov, online business banking due to the reason that
    our account has been locked because the default password that has been given to us by the admin
    didn’t work anymore, and with that we still keep on reaching out to the admin of the BDO Business
    Online but unfortunately we still haven’t received any calls from them. Hoping for your warm
    acceptance and consideration. Thank you.
