Sub: Request to the provision to Develop & Operate the Sports Park in HUDA Colony,
Nallagandla. under CSR Activity

I am Rajendra Prasad Raju BH, Professional Cricket Player & Director of Playsfit
Sports Ventures, write to your esteemed self to request to you to allot the VVS Park, HUDA
Colony, Nallagandla for sports facility.

In the past few years, the worst lots that have been affected are the young children,
besides all age group people as they don’t have any space left to play and have fun due to
absence of open spaces, grounds, etc. has deprived them of the joys of playing outdoor
games, which has affected their physical growth and development adversely. The
construction of a sports park will be environmentally wholesome for the people of the colony
and will also make the area look more beautiful!

In Connection to the above proposal, I request you to please allot VVS Park in
Nallagandla, to Playsfit Sport Ventures, we will contribute & Development of the Park as
Sports Facility under CSR Activity. We will have various sports activities like Cricket,
Football, Tennis, Volleyball and will also have walking track, Cycling track in this Facility. We
will develop and will contribute to Maintenance of the park and as per terms and conditions
laid by the department. The budget estimated to develop this park is expected to be around
INR 1.85CR, so we kindly request you to please let out this space to us for development of
sports facility for a period of minimum 5 years for the above starting from 1 st January 2023 to
31st December 2028. We solemnly affirm that we will maintain the park the area in good
condition and case no damages to property.

Keeping so many benefits in mind, and for the welfare of the Colony & Society, I
appeal to you to allot this VVS Park, and we can have this area built a multi sports facility,
maintain it and also provide professional and recreational sports in this park.
