1. Check the settings.

a. Max SOC when testing should normally be set to 90%


b. Min SOC when testing should normally be set to 10%
c. Rest time should be 20 min
d. Test current should be 0.5C. On Spirit vessels with 192 A(128 Ah*3/2)
e. Max cell temperature should normally not be above 25degC
f. Min cell temperature should normally not be below 20degC
2. Stop the hybrid drive both AFEs and DCDCs.
3. Enable the SOH test(Setting drive in Current control mode)

4. Start one AFE. This should then be in “U” mode.


The current in/out of the DCDC drive should be 0

5. When all of these conditions are true, then it is okey to start. Throughout the test, the available
power values needs to be kept within its limits and the cell temperature to be within range.

6. You can then start the test:

7. The current state will then be indicating in the current state indication.
Aborted alarm will be displayed if the test is aborted.

Test is typically aborted if:


- The available power have dropped below the legal limits(50kW).
- The cell temperatures have drooped out of legal values.
- The DCDC is not able to follow the current order.
