I visited the company’s work site. And I observed the work place and identify some of the hazards
there. For example a worker working cutting operation and the iron rode cutter’s wire no proper
insulation. The electrical wire cover with plastic cover. It is casus to electrical hazard in case any
worker touch the wire without glows he got electrical shock it may lead to serious injury like burn
injury even dead .I was verifying some of documents i know it there is no sufficient
supervision .And I was talk to workers and know the existing control measures are not sufficient .

I have summarised the information’s I have collected from the work site observation and
consultation with workers. And I comparing the collected data’s with ILO standards . I am find it
the additional control measures are needed to implemented in the company work site .
