Introduce self:

I am Luwhien Mae Bayo, a graduate of bachelor of secondary education major in


English. I am a license professional and a civil service eligible. I am innovative, I have a
positive attitude towards work, I have the ability to stay focus whenever the situation
gets tough, I can do multi-tasking. I may never have the common asset that everybody
has but what apart me from the other, or let say this is something special that I can be
proud of is that my skills and competencies relevant to this job and my willingness to
work under any kind of pressure. I am a 100 percent committed on my job and gives
value to the job that what will be given to me.

Questions:

1. What are you passionate about?


- I am passionate to my work either below or higher position. I can work in a
minimal guidance and can function as a team player or independently.
2. Why do you want to work at this company?
- To contribute my knowledge and skills in English Teaching and I believe
this company trains people to become successful in their fields.
3. What and where was your internship? Can you share with us briefly your
greatest takeaway during your internship?
- During my internship I work as an English practiced teacher in forest hills
academy. As an intern, I experienced being mocked by other workers yet it
motivates me to continue and stay focused to my goal. Thus, my
experienced in my internship have harnessed my skills and ability in
English Teaching.
4. Based on your resume, can you give one seminar or training you attended? What
did you learn from it?
- Bringing yourself to an environment where you met new faces is quite
depressing that is when I attended the International Seminar-Workshop on
English Teaching last April 2018, in Davao city. However, I have leaned
that staying on your comfort zone will not help you grow. That's why I
conquered my fears and living the best of my abilities to successfully finish
the training.
5. Give an example of when you needed information from your
groupmate/teammate who was unresponsive. What did you do?
- Having teamed up with unresponsive teammate, is quite difficult to deal
with. But, since, I have the ability to work under pressure and can work
independently or in a team, I will try my best to divert the situation to
make this unresponsive teammate give me the information. However, if the
first technique won't work, I will try my best to find alternatives just to
obtain that needed information.
