MARKETING PLAN

Executive summary
This document contains:
1. A detailed marketing plan for Danial’s project. Beginning from the
situational analysis where basic research and analyses are carried
out to fully dissect competitive projects, projects with similar
utility and art, the market condition, trending topics in the market
and every other element that could potentially be for or against
the success and development of the project
2. The market and customer segmentation. Getting to know the
target audience, those that would find the project relatable and
interesting. Picking the right people to focus marketing on, so as
to have a higher chance of a project success.
3. Price planning and how the NFT price affects the project’s success.
The promotional mediums and the quality of the NFT art.
4. The financial analysis. Analysis on the marketing budget,
estimated revenue that would be generated from the mint sales.
Estimated profit after deduction of all expenses and liabilities.
And lastly
5. The marketing team responsibilities, the roles of each team
member, and estimated timeline for complete marketing
execution

Situational Analysis
In this section, assigned marketing team members go in search of
projects with similar utility and objective. Getting to fully understand
these projects is really essential as to identify loop holes in them that
can be then be used to develop a more solid project on our side.
Implementing certain strategies that would put our own project over
theirs and have greater leverage in the market. Once the analysis of
competing project is carried out, market analysis can then begin. Both
can be done simultaneously if there are enough team members.
The market analysis helps us determine the current market trend
in the NFT space and the web3 space in general. Proper understanding
of the market would help us structure marketing execution plan and
marketing budget, which could prevent potential wastage of funds, time
and resources. This isn’t a hard task, a couple days of intense marketing
analysis would cover the necessary information needed.

Strategic Analysis
In this section, results from the situational analysis are used to
segment the market and audience, helping us identify the most suitable
for us in the market and our most suitable customers. Identifying the
part of the market that belongs to us, that is, the part of the market
where our project has a higher chance of succeeding, as well as
identifying those who’d be most interested in our project.
This section might not be as important as the others as there are very
distinct market segments in the web3 space and any of the segments
can be picked without having to carry out thorough analysis, but it’d be
helpful to have the results in hand as it could ease project planning and
execution.

Tactical Analysis
In this section, pricing and profitability will be planned out. How
much each of the NFTs would cost and a stimulated response of the
market to the NFT price. Promotional planning and profitability
planning will also be included in this section as they are all inter
dependent.
Promotional cost and every other marketing expense will have to be
recovered from the revenue gotten from the NFT sales. Other project
expenses will also have be recovered before the profits can be realized.
This section of our marketing plan helps us straighten out all of that.
The product planning isn’t an important factor here, considering it is
the NFT space, dealing with art, much emphasis isn’t necessarily placed
on the product.

Finance
In this section, the marketing budget is thoroughly discussed and
planned, the different areas money would be going into together with
the marketing timeline. Budget planning is an important process that
requires undiluted attention. A poor budget plan can be very
detrimental to the project’s financial status and the project in general.
On the other hand, a great budget plan keeps the project financially
safe, hence, less troubles when it comes to marketing execution.
From this also, profits can be analyzed and estimated from the project’s
revenue.

Practical Implementation
This last section solely deals with the responsibilities of all the
marketing team members. An activity list is usually curated to properly
assign roles to team members, while a work tracker is created to
monitor team members and the work progress in respect to estimated
timeline and budget.
